So, we are especially elated to earn the No. 2 honor in the Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth program. We came in second place in the large companies category. The awards were presented November 15, 2018 at a luncheon at The 4 Eleven in Fort Worth.
The Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth is an annual survey and awards program that determines which of the participating companies are the best employers. The process is managed by Best Companies Group, an independent research firm that specializes in identifying as well as recognizing excellent places to work. BCG manages programs worldwide, including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All the local winners are published by Fort Worth, Texas magazine.
We Are Fortunate and Honored
Winning awards is wonderful, but we are most excited about receiving the BCG Employee Feedback Report. That report details the responses from our own “Apexers.” That’s truly the valuable tool. It is with those responses, honest answers from our family of co-workers, that we strengthen and improve our culture.
