We Run This!
Our president, David Baker started Apex with the vision “to create a company where people would leave work at the end of the day and go home and tell their kids how they made a difference in the life of someone that day.” That’s the Apex way, but it’s not just about helping our clients.
One of the most meaningful aspects of being an Apex employee is getting to positively impact our community by supporting local fundraising and volunteering events throughout the year. We’ve been supporting the Greater Fort Worth Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure since 2008. Apex sponsors 100% of the race registration for every Apex employee who wants to attend, plus a guest. It’s a great way to share an impactful experience with our friends and family and get a great workout in!
As a Fort Worth Blue Zones Project Approved Worksite, participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure supports our commitment to health and wellness too. In addition to the pride that comes with making a difference, we also offer our employees extra perks through our wellness program for participating in races.
At Apex, it’s about the people. That doesn’t just mean our clients or our employees. It goes beyond that to making a difference in our community. And who doesn’t like that?
See how our Corporate Citizenship Program gives back and how our Wellness Program helps our employees live a healthy lifestyle. If we’re speaking your language and you’re sold on our heart and vision, check out our open jobs and apply to be the newest member of the Apex family!
