Use Real-Time Aging on AMP

You might have noticed our new streamlined aging process, Real-Time Aging, has cut down on the number of calls we make or emails we send to you. Our new process sends you up to date and consolidated age reports and allows us to follow up with you more accurately, but that’s not all, these are the following ways that Real-Time Aging benefits you:

  • Gives you the ability to follow payment status in real time until the payments have been applied.
  • Integrates with the Account Management Portal (AMP) so that you can be more proactive and productive by adding document requests and notes that alert the carrier and the Account Rep immediately (reducing the amount of calls made by all parties involved)
  • Allows you to work at your own pace allowing for auto-save and auto-updates on any payment status
  • Multiple users can enter information simultaneously
  • Customizable for what works best for you (you can pick which day you want to receive emails and filter by more criteria)
  • Link doesn’t expire for 7 days
